Remove Your Existing Character from Writing Together

Novel Awards:

Writing Together is designed to be a writing group, support group, and writing workshop for Pan Historia writers that want to take their writing skills to the next level: writing a novel.

All the boards of this group are private and viewable only by members. Because of the nature of the group admittance is not automatic. We will require genuine interest, the ability to accept criticism, being supportive, and a regular writing practice with the view to completing your novel (when we refer to 'novels' in this group we do not mean Pan Historia RP collaborative novels but are referring to the traditional novel form), and maybe even getting yourself published (either with Pan Press or some other publishing house). Writing samples may be required. Admittance is at the discretion of the group (not just the MOBs) as we will be working together closely and sharing samples of our works in progess.

In addition to supporting each other in our novel writing efforts we will discuss other projects such as blogs and short stories with the emphasis on traditional writing practices such as producing works with a beginning, middle, and an end. ENDINGS are going to be a very important part of the work of this group.

So to recap - addmittance will be based on these criteria:

1. You are writing a novel (or beginning to write a novel)
2. You are serious about committing your time to this project
3. You are willing to accept critiques and discuss your work
4. You are willing to offer your opinions on your fellow writer's work
5. You are willing to give us a writing sample in order to be accepted to this group
6. You are willing to accept in advance that if you become inactive you will be removed from the group

Novelists that want to work on collaborative novels will be accepted (as Pan is still about collaboration!), but all writers of a collaborative novel must apply for admittance and be willing to submit to this group's guidelines.
