Firuza is a Uzbekistan immigrant recently arrived in San Francisco, to co-partner with a cousin (Alisher), running an eastern European restaurant, with Ural and Uzbekistani menu items. She and he communicate well on the business... but not about much else. She arrives with her nephew (from the other side of the family), who is a bit of a (small) handful.
San Fran is a new world to Firuza. She'll (probably) learn how to cope...
