Owen is the president and chief executive officer of Winchester Marine Services(WMS), one of the largest towing and marine salvage companies in the world. WMS has its headquarters in New Orleans, but has offices in most major port cities around the world.
Owen has spent his life building and guiding WMS to the place it occupies today, and as such will do anything to make sure that it retains that position no matter what happens.
Owen is also the patriarch of the Winchester famly and father to Olin Winchester.
