Omara is the owner of self-titled bar "Omaras" in the downtown area of Sandakhs main city Coreth. A tough non-nonsense approach has earned her an enviable reputation as a woman not to be crossed and she's rarely intimidated.

Her dealings with the Custodians are cordial and there has never been any proof that she's involved in anything illegal, however, she does seem to have a wide range of contacts and can get her hands on just about anything you ask for.......as long as you have the credits to pay the price.

Because of her usefulness, Cutter Payne has turned a blind eye to her dealings and has even paid her to obtain information for him in the past. It's one of the reasons her bar is regarded as a safe haven by visiting smugglers and mercs, it's rarely raided.
