In the Outlanders Novel

Danny works for the FBI and is the partner of Jack Miller. He's the quieter of the two but is very dedicated to his job.

Single, never married with a good sense of humor, Danny would be a great catch for the right woman. He just needs to make time to meet her.

In the Acquisition Run Novel

Formerly a Lieutenant Colonel in the Military, Danny was shot in an altercation and after major surgery was declared medically unfit to continue with his chosen career.

Refusing a desk job, he chose retirement and left his base on Vanatar with a hefty payout to return to his home planet of Mizar. Meeting up with old friend Marcus Valentine, was an accident but a fortunate one as he was soon employed as a security consultant.

Now Danny works as Head of Security for Valentine, a position he's held for two years, and is currently based on Mizar overseeing the security of a business project for his boss.

He is single and has little time for relationships but has an on/off girlfriend named Lani who works as a dancer in a club. He takes his job and responsibilities very seriously and they always come first so long term relationships are not something he's acquainted with. He doesn't see himself being with Lani forever and in truth, their association is more about sex and convenience than long term commitment.

His most treasured possession is his car, known as a Proxima. It's a limited edition vehicle, very fast but economical and his one little luxury. Danny is also an accomplished artist and has work exhibited in a couple of Aethyria's galleries.
