Born and raised in St. Petersburg Russia, there is very little information on Elizabeta Starkova. She was once married to a British national named Lukas North.

Beautiful and talented in both as Agent for the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) as well as in Counterintelligence Service (Department), which is housed in the same building.

During her growing up years in St. Petersburg, Elizabeta went to a boarding school and then onwards to University of St. Petersburg and received several degrees in Ancient History, Computer Science and languages. At the age of 18, Elizabeta began to the youngest KGB agent in Russian history, which she must have inherited from her parents. Five years into her occupation when the Russian Government changed the name of the KGB to FSB and sometime during this, she met a British national named Lukas North during her assignment. She fell deeply in love with him and vise versa and they were married within a year. They didn’t tell each other that they were working for either MI5 or FSB. Something happened during their honeymoon that Lucas suddenly disappeared and Elizabeta was told that her husband was dead.

So with the death of her husband, Elizabeta went on with her life, her job and moved up within her position in the FSB and remarried and has a beautiful son. As for so-called dead husband, Lucas was kidnappened and was taken into custody by the Russian Government; where he remained under very tight security for 8 years. As for Elizabeta, she didn't even know that her late husband Lucas was kidnapped. But recently, Lucas North reappeared at the FSB building in Moscow Russia and met his former wife, Elizabeth, who was taken by surprised to see her so-called late husband standing before her.

And, now they are working together on a mission given to them by the head of FSB, Arkady Kachimov. Both Lucas and Elizabeta are traveling to Prague Czech Republiic as a newly married couple on their honeymoon.

She also has a luxury town home in Moscow which she uses when she's in Moscow during her business trip.

She also has some regrets about her former husband, Lukas North. She could tell from their last meeting that he still loves her. But does she?
