Alais was able to get through to her therapist, who turned out to be sitting in the balcony among a bunch of Eygptians who were drinking wine and throwing grapes at each other. As she stood in her seat waving at the therapist above her, they made an appointment to meet for a late dinner after the performance.
Actually this might work out well. It would certainly be easier to talk about this night with someone who had actually experienced this show.
Shutting off her cellphone, Alais looked around and wondered if she had enough time to get a drink before this intermission was over.
