Seeing a lot of people, dressed in all kinds of remarkable outfits from velvet Greek robes and fancy gowns to cowboy hats and pirates in fishnets, I mosey over to see what's happening and find myself buying a ticket for -- an opera?! Wow, that should be interesting, especially if the audience it's attracting is any indication of what to expect!
Well, it looks like the entire upper level has already been commandeered by some bigwig so I look around for the cheap seats, which seem to be filling up fast. I think I'll try and find a place in the mezzanine where I can already see a guy with a cigarette (wonder if he's got a spare smoke?) and a handsome black cat are seated.
