...to answer Mystery Tramp's question.
I'm a pastry chef. I'm lucky the place I work has a separate pastry kitchen so no fighting over space and ovens when tending to catering.
There are a few other people with kitchen experience on pan.
I think it's a great job despite the heat and hours and the work surfaces being lower than I would like.
I want to know what everybody else does and if they like their jobs.
