The world a different way.
Sun shines on the back of my head
as I look down at what lies between blades of grass
I squint as my big eye looks up at the sky,
the sun in my face
to look at birds fly by.
I smile when I can get close
to the squirrel in the yard
my big eye lets me see bugs mating
raindrops dancing, snowflakes twirling
and people smiling.
When I look through my big eye,
I see the world in a different way.
