iPad - Gotta Have It or Is It Hype?

Author: Wyatt Earp  Date:   04-25-10 09:55 I just tested out the new iPad recently in the Apple store. At first I was totally drooling to have one, but then I discovered that a few apps aren't supported: like Adobe Flash. That slowed my jets. But in general I think this is what I want instead of the cumbersome laptop for the on the road, man about town, kind of web surfing, book reading, movie watching, sleek slim little gadget. BTW I tried Pan out on it and while it doesn't support tabbed browsing we looked smoking! The only issue is how people feel about our IMPortal for the IM feature, and the keyboard. The keyboard didn't bother me for texting type exchanges, but if I were to be writing a book or posts I would want to buy the plugin keyboard I think.
