Author: Wyatt Earp Date: 11-03-04 08:40 It is best in these circumstances for the MoBs to come to a publisher or agent for mediation. All sides of the issue need to be heard and then a resolution should be sought. However no one person 'owns' a novel at Pan. Once a novel is approved and created that novel is the property of the writers and Pan as a whole in order to be administered in a way that is enjoyable to all. MoBs should cooperate with the other MoBs and if they cannot fulfill their duties - step down. If they refuse to cooperate and all measures have been taken to come to a peaceful agreement that allows everyone to work well together then a MoB maybe be removed at the discretion of the Publishers.
