A tactful note was sent to the MoB in question that she was being removed from the board in the hope that taking this pressure off would allow her to post in the novel. We also pointed out that it needed to be done as she was holding up several important story-lines. Believe me, at this point we have run out of ways to stall.

She left the novel and I got no reply to my message at all. Unfortunately she took out her anger on another MoB at our sister novel, TOR, and he may leave because of it. Since he writes four major characters this is quite bad and personally makes me furious. Sadly, all it takes is one bad egg to ruin everything.

I am doing the best I can to support that person and rally the troops around him in support but if you have any further ideas, please let me know!
