Hosted on Smugglers Moon and eagerly anticipated by the businesses in the Entertainment District, everyone has done their utmost to create a fun contained environment across the Upper and Lower Level of the Promenade.
The Parade route will start at Camping Area 1 and meander down to the Lower Level, through Camping Area 2 and back up to Area 1 where floats will be on display for attendees to admire. Viewing stands will be set up all along the route, while purveyors of souvenirs and foodstuffs may use one of the stalls on either entertainment areas or set up along the route.
Bands and entertainers of all sorts will be appearing throughout the weekend and if you're feeling the urge to perform, then you can step up onto one of the smaller stages whenever you want. The main stages however will have a running order.
Bars and eateries for all tastes will be open continuously throughout the entire Parade weekend and we hope that the traditional Parade delicacies will make an appearance - what would the Parade be without them!
Hotels for all budgets are available but for those who prefer to just laze around and watch the entertainment all day, there are two festival camp grounds equipped with all facilities. Stalls will line the grounds and the Parade will pass through both areas, giving everyone a grand view. Please note that the walkway between the Lower and Upper Levels is on an incline, please take care.
On Sunday a one off performance by mysterious band "A New Hope" will take place in the grand Amphitheatre. More details about that as well as other events will be announced over the coming days.
